SUMMARY OF JOB DESCRIPTION:

CAPE Environmental Management Inc. is a leading federal contractor specializing in environmental remediation projects across the United States. We are proud to partner with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Department of Defense (DoD), and branches of the U.S. military, including the Army, Navy, and Air Force. The Assistant Project Manager (APM) will support Project Managers through the full project lifecycle, ensuring successful cradle-to-grave execution on federal contracts. This role requires a proactive approach to budgeting, scheduling, procurement, change management, cost controls, cost estimating, resource planning, and project closeout. As the APM, you'll play a key role in helping us achieve project objectives and exceed client expectations in environmental remediation projects.

SALARY:
$80,000 - $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

TRAVEL:
Up to 50% to project sites in support of field execution of projects.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associate's degree
• 5-7 years of experience in environmental remediation, environmental consulting, civil construction, construction management, or geotechnical engineering.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• BA/BS Engineering, Construction Management, Geology, Environmental Science, or other related sciences
• 3-5 years of experience in environmental remediation, environmental consulting, civil construction, construction management, or geotechnical engineering.
