SUMMARY OF JOB DESCRIPTION:
CAPE Environmental Management is looking for a qualified Site Superintendent to support our environmental remediation and construction projects nationwide. This role will supervise and manage site personnel to perform project tasks, such as safety, quality, production, read and understand complex schedules, compile 3 week look ahead schedules, read, understand , communicate project specifications and drawings, management of craft, budgets, subcontractors, vendors, participation and compliance with CAPE's health and safety program. Ensure all site activities are performed in compliance with federal and state regulations; This position will have the ability to communicate verbally and in writing to the project team the current status of all project details, including safety, quality, daily production rates, daily reports and schedule, this position also requires up to 100% travel annually.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED) or demonstrated proficiency in both oral and written communication with the fundamental knowledge of mathematics demonstrated by the ability to solve a variety of problems that can be modeled or solved by quantitative means. Ability to communicate verbally and written. Knowledge of, and ability to utilize Microsoft Office Suite. Must understand project scheduling and provide 3 week look ahead schedules.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Ten (10) years of applicable hands-on experience in a Foreman or Superintendent role in federal or commercial environmental remediation projects.
